  1. Are we trying to completely stop the personality patterns? How do people achieve if not an achiever etc.? 
  2. Can working on the behavioural side of pattern mean we aren’t dealing with the underlying causes? 
  3. Which do we start with, the strongest? 
  4. Are these patterns fixed, or can different patterns be predominant at different times?
  5. Can you have multiple patterns - is there one underlying pattern causing all of them?
  6. Do patterns change over time – ie different ages, situations etc?
  7. Can anxiety pattern be triggered by adult events rather than childhood events? 
  8. Do we need to fully distinguish which patterns are happening at different times?
  9. Where do OCD patterns sit? 
  10. If you feel responsible for others, is that a helper pattern? 
  11. What if you haven’t achieved much, can you still have an achiever pattern?
  12. Is looking for recognising and positive feedback from others have β€œgot it right” the perfectionist pattern?
