General meditation questions
- What if Iām struggling with meditation - will I not be able to do the program?
- Is it OK to use essential oils, heating pads etc?
- Can we use it spontaneously if feeling anxious?
- Could colouring or playing music be the same as meditation?
- What do you think of binaural beats?
- What do you think of Yoga Nidra?
- Are apps like calm and headspace ok?
- Is it okay to do neurofeedback during the program or is it best to do that after the 3 months?
- What if having unpleasant sensations?
